2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning session, please provide us with at least 24 to 48 hours’ notice.

 Late cancellations may be subject to a nominal cancellation fee to cover our team’s scheduling.

3. Access to Property

 The customer agrees to provide our cleaning operatives with access to the property at the scheduled time, including access to running water and electricity.

 If our team is locked out or unable to gain entry within a reasonable timeframe, a call-out fee may apply.

4. Liability & Complaints

 We treat your property with the utmost care and respect. In the unlikely event of accidental damage, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
